Business Hours, Return Policy, and Processing Times

Swan Industries is only open Monday-Thursday. Any orders placed after 11am on Thursday may not be processed until the following business day. Any orders placed outside of our business hours will not be processed until the following business day. We are closed on all major holidays that land on our regular business days.

We at Swan Industries appreciate all business we receive from all our returning and new customers. To keep our costs as low as we can, we cannot cover all return costs. If the product you receive is damaged and you need a replacement part we will cover the cost to receive the part back. We do not cover the return cost if any of the following situations occur: the wrong part was ordered, the part was not needed anymore, the address does not exist or is incorrect, the addressee has moved without providing a forwarding address before the shipment label was made, the item is refused by the addressee, or the product did not arrive on time. If any of the above situations occur the return payment will be the cost of the part minus the shipping cost. To prevent some of these situations from happening please double-check all the information on your order is correct and keep in mind all delivery services can not always guarantee shipping time estimates.
